What happens if my arrival flight is late ?
We will be tracking your arrival flight number if we are given one and will re-organize the arrival transfer without any cost to you, however if the flight number changes and we are informed with less than 36 hours to your original flight arrival time, we will have to book you a new transfer at a cost to yourself.
Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?
Travel companions will mostly be from English speaking countries, you could opt for a Semi-Private or a Private option which will only be a little more should you want to keep a level of privacy.
What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?
Depending on the holiday chosen and unless specified otherwise, - 30 days or more before holiday start date the changes can be done without a fee from Wanderful Holidays however any fee charged by train / ferry / airline companies will have to be passed onto the guest plus any price difference for the newly chosen date. - 29 days and upto 15 days before holiday start date, there will be an administration fee of $75 per person in addition to the above mentioned charges Inside of 15 days changes may not be possible, however we will try all possible to make changes happen in the most cost effective and a transparent way.

Will the accommodation included meet local health and safety regulations?
Yes, All the hotels we deal with in every country meet the local health & safety norms, Also they are a part of the worldwide star category program. Besides our team takes extreme care in choosing the hotels which have no less than 70%+ recommendations on TripAdvisor.
What happens if my flight / cruise / ferry coach / train is arriving the start city a day or few days prior ?
We can organize pre-tour stays at competitive prices and can reschedule your transfers too accordingly.
Do you operate a “single share” option and how does it work?
Yes we do, with accommodation on private basis for which a supplement will be applicable, all other services are shared like transfers and excursions with a group so as the costs are not astronomically high for single share option.
Can I join the tour once it has departed?
In certain cases, yes. You will need to ask one of our operators about the specific tour and a specific departure date.
What documents will I receive before I travel?
You will receive a service confirmation summary in 24-72 working hours after a booking is confirmed & detailed vouchers 3-4 weeks before the tour start date which will have all local emergency numbers as well as an invite to a whatsapp group for 24/7 chat support handled by our operations team.
